July 30, 2010 Construction Update from Steve Koneman, Construction Supervisor: We have passed the final plumbing and electrical inspections for the Metz home, and hope to clear the final county inspection by the end of July. If all goes well, Clay and Robin and their children will be able to move in very soon. We will be turning our attention to house #21, where we are ready to put on house wrap and install windows. Your help is always appreciated. Please call with any questions.
