Plans for 2010
Though the winter winds and snow are blowing all around us in Archuleta County, we are hard at work planning and preparing for our 2010 build season. In 2010, we plan to complete our 20th home by June 30th for our partners Clay and Robin Metz and their 4 children. We also plan to begin our 21st home in spring and finish it by fall. We are currently selecting our partner family for this home. Care-A-Vanners, we want you to build with us! We have requested Care-A-Vanners (CAV) for the following dates: CAV Group 1 April 4-17 Join for this first Care-A-Vanner group in 2010 and experience beautiful southwest Colorado in the spring. Help us finish our 20th Habitat home and help us change lives right here in Archuleta County. Work will include hanging drywall and siding and possibly other interior work. CAV Group 2 May 23-June 5 Join Habitat for Humanity of Archuleta County and experience beautiful southwest Colorado in early summer and celebrate Memorial Day in fun Pagosa Springs. Help us finish our 20th Habitat home and help us change lives right here in Archuleta County. Work will include interior finish work such as cabinetry, flooring, trim, and doors. CAV Group 3 July 4-17 Join Habitat for Humanity of Archuleta County and experience beautiful southwest Colorado in summer. Help us start our 21st Habitat home and help us change lives right here in Archuleta County. Work will include framing and roofing.
